In December 2021, Probus Nanaimo North management team was informed that starting December 31, 2021, all Probus Canada clubs, including ours, would no longer be covered by liability insurance should a member become ill with COVID19 from attending a Probus meeting or activity. We believe this puts an unacceptable risk on your management team members who might become personally liable. As a result, the management team has decided to request that each member sign the following liability waiver before participating in any Probus activities such as general meetings, activities and events.
